Textures and Client Work Applied in Draft 2

"Leathery" Texture applied to the sections that run across the spine of the building.

Using a "Frosty" Texture as part of the look out.

The "patterned" texture here has been used to bring attention to a simplistic structure.

Textures and Client Works applied in Draft 3

The "Mosaic" texture has been applied to the surrounding ring of the stairs of the upstairs portion. 

The "Patterned" texture was chosen to cover the large plain surface beneath the roof. 

The "Leathery" texture covers the internal walls of the outdoor dining space. 

 Client work applied in Draft 2

The model I have chosen to progress with is Draft Model 3 as the upstairs and downstairs spaces work together as well as highlight the choice of textures.
